At Tobe Atelier, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if an item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments remain in their original condition with tags attached and show no signs of wear.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Tobe Atelier tags are intact, and include the packing slip provided in your shipment.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
